Subject of the project
The subject of the project is to obtain protection of industrial property for the results of R&D works carried out by the company Bioavlee sp. z o.o. on the innovative technology of bacterial identification with the use of the properties of the laser diffraction phenomenon. Bioavlee carried out R&D work, which resulted in the development of a solution that allows accurate, quick and fully automated microbiological testing.
Project goals
The main objective of the project is to obtain protection of industrial property in the international mode and validations in selected European countries and the USA.
1 patent applications are planned to be submitted. The project is part of the main objective of sub-measure 2.3.4. through actions aimed at obtaining protection of industrial property by an entity from the SME sector.
Planned outcomes
The project will result in submission of 1 patent applications, and as a consequence, patent protection of the results of R&D works, which will enable a launch of sales based on patented technologies used in the device and provision of services which might utilize it on foreign markets.
This will allow to get export revenue and grow the business itself, as well as its export activities.
