Development of ground-breaking solutions making lab work easier goes hand in hand with the growth of Bioavlee’s team of experts. Roman Wydra joined us this week, becoming Director of Business Development. Roman is to focus on international commercialization of Bioavlee devices.

Roman has over 20 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical and medical-diagnostic equipment industries. He has worked for MSD, Novo Nordisk, Berlin-Chemie Menarini, ConvaTec, Olympus, CR Bard, and Agilent Technologies. He has successfully achieved financial objectives and has led many teams, both in Poland and in CEE. He also has experience in business development and has helped to commercialise one of the most innovative of Polish start-ups by means of launching AioCare, a mobile spirometer, onto the market. He has graduated from the Rehabilitation Faculty of the Poznan University of Physical Education. He has also completed several post-graduate degree courses and managerial training courses, including MBA at the Poznan University of Economics Business and Leadership Psychology Academy at the Faculty of Management of the Warsaw University of Technology.
